Saquon Barkley is a running back for New York Giants. He will be coming up on his 4th season next year and will be returning from an ACL tear he suffered early this recent season. He attended Penn State University and also grew up in Coplay, Pennsylvania. Through college and NFL he has been one of the top players at his position being a Heisman Finalist in college and being selected to the Pro Bowl once going to the league.

Saquon is such an inspiration to me because he is a great example of proving hard work pays off. He was the owner of every lifting record at his old highschool and his hard work off the field showed up on the field. That taught me the importance of training and taking care of my body in order to perform my best when it mattered. His training videos make me want to go out and start working any time I see one on social media. Me being a running back with Pennslyvania roots too it makes sense he is one of my favorite players.

Barkley has been an amazing player at every level he has played. Over the years he has racked up many accolades because of his great success on the field.
